The Goddess Freya is the Norse Goddess of Love, Beauty & Magic. She reflects the strength and versatility of modern women in the arts.
This sculpture, presented to the City by the Havre de Grace Arts Commission, represents the dynamic energy and celebratory nature of the arts, and recognizes the role of the Arts Commission in bringing the arts to Havre de Grace.
The Public Art Committee of the Havre de Grace Arts Collective, Inc. managed the project.
