9-to-5 is part of the Momentum Series and inspired by the empowerment anthem of the same name by Dolly Parton. It was first sculpted in wax then digitized and manipulated digitally.  The solid portions of the figure were 3D carved with a CNC machine.  The slatted portions were 2D cut with the same CNC machine. 

Indoor or Outdoor: The artwork is made of marine plywood (both douglas fir and meranti (mahogany) and uses stainless hardware and exterior glues.  It can be permanently displayed indoors our outdoors.  The piece is on a swivel allowing one to reposition it for full 3D viewing.  It does not turn automatically or in the wind but can be turned a full 360 degrees (or any part) when desired.

Installation: For indoor display, it comes with 4 rubber feet.  For outdoor display it comes with 5/16” stainless fasteners.  Buyer will need to build stand or plinth suitable for your outdoor conditions. The outdoor stand it is displayed on is 33” high and made of pressure-treated lumber and steel. Buyer can purchase the stand it is displayed on in the photos for an additional price. Weight is approximately 40lbs.
